John Meyer

John Meyer is Principal Architect and co-founder of Meyer & Meyer, Inc.  His professional expertise is reflected in all aspects of design and project management. His ability to visualize and clearly demonstrate architectural solutions is how the firm continues to grow. For over 35 years his commitment to working with residential, commercial, and institutional clients has never faltered; he offers quality design solutions and is respectful of clients’ budgets. As a leader in the New England architectural community, John has achieved recognition on a local and national level.  Projects ranging from contemporary to historic styles reflect his devotion to his practice of quality design and construction.

John’s architectural talents are complemented by his artistic skill to create exquisite project renderings.  He has the unique capability to hand-draw highly detailed renderings of any design, from any viewpoint, in three dimensions. These renderings provide a "virtual window" for clients to see architectural and interior design solutions unfold before their eyes. Clients participate fully in the design process because he can quickly and clearly capture their ideas and walk through the situations of their project months before construction. Within this framework, every detail can be studied with no surprises, last-minute changes, or regrets. Upon completion, these renderings become a treasured keepsake for the client.

“Our designs are very personal to the spirit of our clients and the character of their sites. We do not bring a canned set of schematics to a project. Rather, we consider each design to be a search and a journey to create an individual piece of artwork that expresses the personalities of our clients and their property.”
