Commissioned by Brookfield Properties,
space plans were produced for this Class A office building in Boston’s Financial District. The firm designed layouts of four 28,000 square foot floor plans scheduled for immediate occupancy. The various schemes included a typical law firm/financial office plan, an open floor plan maximizing the number of workstations, a multi-tenant floor plan, and a typical core and shell floor plan.
New office interior spaces were designed and furnished for various tenants including the leasing agent, Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. New finishes, reception area, additional conference rooms, and new offices added to their existing office space.
