The Commoromo

was the third call back to this client’s lovely penthouse condominium. After completing an added floor addition consisting of a bedroom owner’s suite, office and roof deck, this modern Kitchen and Dining area now compliments the updated Living space and bar. The new floorplan allowed more working space within the kitchen proper while a counter height eat-in area for entertaining could be added. The otherwise open plan Dining room now feels more private with the focus of a new chandelier and less direct views into the kitchen. New LED lighting was added throughout. All new top of the line appliances are integrated into the flush wood cabinetry thus further concealing the look of a kitchen to adjoining areas. Complimentary white upper cabinets and light quartz countertops create a bright accent to the windowless space. The space was developed to maintain a timeless updated look without over expressing current trends.
