Renovation of this landmark
condominium in Boston’s Back Bay

called for the removal of a 1950s-era entrance followed by design and construction of a new main entrance, steps, and code-compliant ramps and lift. Occupying half of a city block, the project scope included comprehensive condominium documents, entry hall and lobby renovation, twelve office condominiums, and condo documentation of the five-story, 213-space parking garage. The project was designed in keeping with the building’s original character and required careful coordination with numerous design-review boards and agencies.
