This completely new home was designed to accentuate

a natural feature on the deep set lot: an historic 50 foot beech tree. The striking pudding stone façade made way for an arched opening to capture it. The 6,300 square foot home is structured in an L-shape to give presence to the street side view.  The majority of the living space encircles the tree around a courtyard deck highlighted with LED lights which can change color depending on the owner’s whim.  The showcase exterior kitchen, new pool and pool house house extend beyond the deck  with views of the magnificent home.

The powerful custom bronze front entry door is located within the opening and is highlighted with stunning lead glass detailing.  Inside, spectacular details abound such as the domed ceiling over the dining room table.
