Selected by the City of Boston,
the renovation of the highly utilized Boston Common Visitors Center involved meetings with city officials to determine the building’s history and current needs. The center needed to accommodate an ongoing flow of visitors and be brought up to code. The resulting renovation offers visitor amenities and reflects Boston’s fine historic architecture through the use of period details and quality materials. It complements other significant structures in Boston’s public parks. A clock was designed for the interior, reminiscent of Old Boston.
