When guests arrive, they can drive straight through the welcoming brick archway to unload or drive directly into either of two parking garages. To take advantage of the scenic natural waterfall, rolling brook and backyard woods, the structure is open through the center. The living space is above the storage, mechanical, and parking to allow for across the street to the Main House. Once on the upper level, guests are welcomed into a beautiful lake views from spacious living and kitchen area. This one bedroom / bathroom luxury suite is designed with elegant fixtures and finishes comparable to the best area hotels! An exterior deck sits high above the side retaining wall for private entertaining and gorgeous views. The Guest House features an outside sports court with viewing stands accessible over a custom built stone bridge crossing the peaceful brook.
