This landmark house, designed
by the firm of H.H. Richardson

was sensitively renovated and expanded. The remodel included a substantial three-story addition housing a new gourmet kitchen, an informal dining and sitting area, a butler’s pantry, a home office, finished storage space, and a new master suite. The design also included a large five-car showroom-style garage topped with a “green” natural grass roof and expanded yard and garden terraces.
