The living space is above the parking bays to allow for beautiful lake views from across the street to the Main House. Once on the upper level, guests are welcomed into a spacious living and kitchen area. This one bedroom/bathroom luxury suite is designed with elegant fixtures and finishes comparable to the best area hotels! An exterior deck sits high above the side retaining wall for private entertaining and gorgeous views. The Carriage House features an outdoor sports court with viewing stands accessible over a custom built stone bridge crossing the peaceful brook.
